    1. What happens if I don’t use my discount one month?

    Membership discounts do not roll over to the next month. Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to use your exclusive discount on any treatment.

    2. Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

    Yes! You can upgrade to the Gold Package or downgrade to the Silver Package at any time. Just contact us before your next billing cycle to make the change.

    3. How does priority booking work?

    Members get first access to new appointment slots before they open to the public. If you have a preferred date, we recommend booking early to secure your spot.

    4. Is there a minimum commitment period?

    No, our membership is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

    5. What happens if I cancel my membership?

    If you cancel, you’ll continue to receive membership benefits until the end of your billing cycle. After that, discounts and perks will no longer apply.
